We have improved a CDCC line from Finland.The entire line is controlled by computers.

Application

1,The ambient temperature should not below 0 when installed,there is no limit on drop.

2,The min bending radius:single core cable is 20(D+d)±5%;three cores cable is 15(D+d)±5%(D is the diameter of cable,d is the conductor diameter)

3,Operating temperature of cables:Max.temperature of PVC sheathed power cable is 90;Max temperature of PE sheathed power cable is 80.

4,Max.Continuous conductor operating  temperature is 90.Max.short circuit conductor temperature is 250(max.5secretary).The operating conditions are as following:

Type I : Any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or and earth conductor is disconnected from the system within 1 min.

TypeII: All systems which do not fall into type I this system is operated with one phase earthed for the period not exceeding 2h,max.3h

One or two single-core is not permitted to installed in steel conduit.

Standards:

The cable is manufactured according to GB/T12706-2002 or IEC60502-1997.It is suitable to be installed in the power line with rated voltage from(Uo/U)3.6/6KV to 26/35KV for power transmission.

YJV,YJLV,YJY,YJLY For laying indoors and outdoors.Able to bear a certain traction during installation,but not external mechanical forces.Lmpermissible to lay single core cable in magnetic ducts.

YJV22,YJLV22,YJY22,YJLY22 Suitable for laying in ground,able to bear external mechanial forces but not large pulling forces.
